Research Paper #11 - Printing History of Second Bureau Plates Used for Sheet Stamps

This Research Paper lists the printing periods for each plate, and also lists the sets of plates that were at press together for each printing period. The data come from the plate vault records of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. The coverage includes all plates of the 1902 series, and both the flag and shield 2¢ stamps. Booklet panes plates are not included, since they are in Research Paper #8. 97 pages.
