Research Paper #22 - A Census of Relief Breaks on the 1890 Two-Cent American Bank Note Company Issue

A complete set of relief breaks known to date has never been assembled prior to this effort – neither listed nor illustrated. This study identifies the currently known relief breaks, including major, minor, and transitional stages. It also provides a census of how relatively common or rare each relief break stage is in a large population 34 pages.
