Use by LOOK Magazine was limited to about a six month period, after which the <#stamp=stamps> were recalled, marking the first time the <#uspod=U.S. Post Office Department> bought stamps back from the private sector for distribution to collectors. <#tagging=Tagging> applied by rubber mats and glows brightly under <#uv=ultraviolet light>.
