Monthly Journal postage is prepaid for USA addresses only;
Canada add $15.00, other countries $40.00 in U.S. funds.

Helpful Hints for Registration

For payment by check, once you log in for the first time, a form will appear with all your information already filled out. Please print it out and mail the form in with your check.
