a <#jointline=joint line> on <#rotpress=rotary press>  <#stamp=stamps> that appears to be two parallel lines.  It is caused by a gap between the two rotary <#plate=plates> that is wider than normal.

a <#watermark> in which the initials <#usps=USPS> have double lines.  In other words, the initials USPS are outlined and hollow.  Example: <#scott=Scott> 264. Exists with backward-stepping and forward-stepping patterns.
