Blind Perforations
an impression made by <#perf=perforating> pins in a place where perforations were intended, but from which <#chad=chads> were not removed. These interesting varieties are not <#imperf=imperforate> stamps. Blind perforations are considered <#freak=freaks>, not <#error=errors>.
